Impregnation NowoProtect Dry SB NowoProtect Dry SB is a unique solvent-based product incorporating siloxane and advanced nano-active ingredients, specifically designed for the care and maintenance of mineral surfaces including concrete, plaster, brick and fibre cement. It penetrates deeply into the material and forms a strong bond, providing resistance to biological growths and preventing the infiltration of water and moisture, thereby keeping the treated surface dry. This product offers protection from degradation and frost damage, significantly extending the lifespan of the surface. Suitable for both new and old materials. It also enhances indoor air quality and reduces energy consumption. For surfaces older than a year, they must be thoroughly rinsed with water and cleaned, either mechanically or manually, using a stiff brush or pressure washer. Areas affected by discolouration, algae, or moss should be treated before and after cleaning with Neutralon and then rinsed thoroughly with clean water. The same process applies to heavily soiled surfaces. Once the surface is visibly and consistently dry, it is ready for treatment after approximately one day, depending on weather conditions. A small test patch is recommended to ensure product compatibility. It is important to avoid applying the product to glass or windows, as it may cause matting.
